There are two different license types in HelpDesk: Full access and Support. Our pricing is based on the number of users you have of each license type.
Full access
Full access admins can use all HelpDesk features - Ticketing and the knowledgebase.
Support Only
Support admins (also called "support-only") can only use the HelpDesk ticketing and knowledge base features.
